Delete in the App
- Open Aulivis and select “Profile”.
- Open “Settings” from the profile header.
- Choose “Delete Account” in the Account section.
- Review the scope and confirm.
Your session is revoked after completion. Current versions require a formal account. Historical guest material has no formal cloud login identity; export anything needed before handling that local material.
What is deleted
Deletion covers the account, sign-in identities, devices and sessions, profile, consent records, synced learning data, Agent conversations and usage records, subscription entitlement records, transaction associations, cloud asset metadata, and account-to-analytics-installation associations. Remaining installation statistics expire under the retention periods in the Privacy Policy; contact support for requests concerning analytics information. Disconnected object-storage or restricted backup remnants await secure lifecycle deletion, cannot be accessed through the product, and are not used to provide features.
Minimal deletion audits or legally required transaction records may remain separately for proof, disputes, or compliance.
Cancel Apple subscriptions separately
Deleting Aulivis or removing the App does not cancel an Apple-managed subscription. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal. Apple handles billing and refund requests.
Before deletion
- Export notes, courses, or other learning material you need.
- Check that exported files include the attachments you need.
- Let other devices finish any pending sync.
- Keep purchase receipts needed for Apple support, but never email passwords or full payment credentials.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@aulivis.com with the subject “Account deletion request”. A masked Apple relay email or other limited account locator is enough to begin verification. We never ask for Apple or institution passwords, verification codes, or full card information.
