Aulivis Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Aulivis processes information when providing its learning workspace, cloud sync, AI, and account services.

Scope and controller
This policy covers the Aulivis (“知澄”) apps, related websites, cloud services, and supported web clients. The service provider and controller is 深圳次元笔触科技有限公司.
For privacy questions or rights requests, email support@aulivis.com. Third-party platforms and institution systems remain subject to their own notices.

Android usage, stability, and website distribution analytics
Our directly distributed production Android App automatically collects usage and stability measurements after launch. There is no separate analytics participation prompt or settings switch. This section is accessible through the Privacy Policy links on registration and sign-in screens.
Fields include a random installation identifier, system first-install time, distribution channel, App and OS versions, device manufacturer and model, random session and event identifiers, event times, fixed feature names and visit counts, foreground time, first-frame and frame performance, error categories, and safe code locations. Android 11 and later may report the main process crash or unresponsive exit reason on a subsequent launch, without reading full system crash logs.
After sign-in, the installation identifier is associated with the current account on our server to measure acquisition, activity, retention, and verified-order payment conversion. Persistent installation identifiers and account associations are pseudonymous, rather than irreversibly anonymous. We do not read hardware serials, Android ID, or advertising identifiers; upload notes, academic content, search terms, exception messages, or system crash traces; or perform cross-app advertising tracking.
Product-page loads automatically create or restore a random identity for each browser and Beijing-calendar day, recording fixed campaign and source categories, visits, and Android download-entry clicks. URLs and referrers are categorized only in the browser and are not uploaded. Website identities are not joined to App installations or accounts. A click does not establish a completed download or installation. Legal document pages do not load this analytics script.
Android event details are retained for 30 days; installation, version, feature, and day summaries and sessions for 400 days. Inactive installations and account associations are then removed. Website visit identities are retained for 30 days, and totals without identities for 400 days. Account deletion removes its installation associations; remaining installation statistics expire under these retention periods.
Contact the support email listed in this policy to request access, restriction, or deletion. We verify only the minimum necessary information and handle requests under applicable law. This description does not exclude any legally required consent, withdrawal, or other rights.
Why we process information
We process information to perform our agreement with you, protect the service, comply with law, and—where required—based on your consent. Uses include operating learning tools and sync, performing AI or institution requests you initiate, validating purchases, supporting users, detecting abuse, and creating pseudonymous or aggregate measurements of distribution, activity, retention, reliability, and payment conversion.
You can stop future consent-based processing by disabling a permission, disconnecting an institution, signing out, stopping use of the feature, or deleting your account.
Service providers and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. Minimum necessary information may be processed by Apple (sign-in, speech and purchases), Google (sign-in), hosting/database and Alibaba Cloud OSS providers (cloud data and files), AI model or inference gateway providers (tasks you initiate), institution systems you connect, and Cloudflare (this legal website and network security).
We require service providers acting for us to protect information consistently with this policy and applicable law. A merger or service transfer will be notified as required, and materially different processing purposes will require a new legal basis.
AI features
AI features do not automatically scan your entire knowledge base. Context is limited by the current task, granted resource scope, and stable resource identifiers. Proposed writes require confirmation where supported.
Outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable and do not replace educators or professional advice. Do not submit another person’s data, confidential examinations, or content you are not authorized to process. You can continue using non-AI local features without AI.
Retention and deletion
- Local data remains until you delete it, clear App data, or remove the App.
- Account and synced content remains while your account is active or as needed to provide the feature. Deletion markers may be retained briefly to reach offline devices.
- Sessions expire or are revoked; security logs are retained only as long as needed for troubleshooting, abuse prevention, or legal responsibility.
- Account deletion removes online account, identity, device, session, consent, sync, AI usage, subscription entitlement, and asset metadata. Isolated object-storage or backup remnants await secure lifecycle replacement and are no longer available to the product.
- Minimal deletion audits or legally required transaction records may be retained separately.

Your privacy rights
Depending on local law, you may request access, a copy, correction, restriction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, account closure, or an explanation of our practices. Many controls are available directly in the App.
Email support@aulivis.com when in-product controls are unavailable. We verify only what is necessary and never ask for Apple or institution passwords or verification codes.
Children and minors
Aulivis is a learning tool and is not marketed to children. In mainland China, users under 14 should use account, sync, AI, or institution features only with parental or guardian consent. Elsewhere, users must meet the local age for independently consenting to data processing.
A guardian may contact us to review or delete information supplied without appropriate consent. We do not target advertising based on information about minors.
Security and international processing
Safeguards include HTTPS, Keychain credential storage, authenticated sessions, least privilege, short-lived object URLs, integrity checks, rate limits, and audits. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; we will mitigate and notify affected users when required.
Core services and object storage prioritize infrastructure available in mainland China. Apple, Google, Cloudflare, AI providers, or connected institutions may process necessary information in their operating regions. We apply required contracts, assessments, certification, or separate consent where cross-border transfer rules apply.
Updates and contact
Material changes will be identified by version and effective date and presented through the App, website, or another prominent method. We will request renewed consent where required.
